Title I is a federally funded program that provides additional teachers, resources, and family engagement opportunities to support student success. At WEC, our two Title I teachers, Tami Oliver and Dawn Werness, work primarily in small group settings to provide extra support in reading and math. Instruction incorporates multi-sensory strategies to strengthen skills in phonics, fluency, morphology, and comprehension. In addition, we host three parent engagement events each year to foster strong connections between home, school, and community. Our ultimate goal is to inspire every child to grow as a confident reader and lifelong learner. #teamcundiff
